Evro Early Adopters Promotion

These Promotional Terms & Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern participation in the Evro Early Adopters Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Evro AI Pty Ltd (ACN 686 025 454) of Sydney, Australia ("Evro", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account and participating in this Promotion, you agree to these
Promotion Terms in addition to Evro’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If there is any inconsistency, these Promotion Terms prevail to the extent of that inconsistency for the purposes of the Promotion.

Relationship to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Participation in the Evro Early Adopters Promotion is subject to Evro’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full.

These Promotion Terms are supplemental to, and form part of, the Terms of Use. Except as expressly stated in these Promotion Terms, the Terms of Use remain the governing agreement between you and Evro.

If there is any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and the Terms of Use, these Promotion Terms will prevail only to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency and solely in relation to the Promotion.

Nothing in these Promotion Terms modifies or replaces Evro’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and handling of personal information.

1. Promotion Overview

Under the Promotion, eligible new users may receive a 12-month Early Adopter Premium Licence providing access to Evro’s Premium tier at no cost.

The Promotion is available for new account registrations completed between:

20 February 2026 and 30 June 2026 (inclusive)

based on Evro’s system time records.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible:

• You must create a new Evro account during the Promotion period.
• The Promotion is limited to one (1) Early Adopter Premium Licence per individual user.
• The Promotion is not available to existing paid subscribers and cannot be applied retrospectively to previously created accounts.
• The Promotion may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated by Evro.

Evro may determine eligibility in its sole discretion, including by reference to email address, device identifiers, IP address, organisation, account behaviour, or other technical or operational markers.

Accounts created to circumvent eligibility limits may be suspended or terminated.

3. Commencement of Licence Termt Security

The 12-month Early Adopter Premium Licence term commences on the earlier of:

a) your first successful login to your Evro account following sign-up; or
b) thirty (30) days after account creation.

If you do not activate your account (via first login) within 30 days of account creation, Evro reserves the right to void the promotional licence.

All account creation dates, login timestamps, and activation records will be determined solely by Evro’s internal system records.

4. Nature of Licence

The Early Adopter Premium Licence:

• Is personal to the registered user;
• Is non-transferable;
• May not be assigned, shared, sublicensed, or resold;
• Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or credit.

The licence provides access to Evro’s Premium tier as it exists from time to time during the promotional term.

Evro may modify, add, remove, suspend, or replace features, functionality, service components, or plan structures at any time without liability. No guarantee is made regarding the availability of any specific feature during the promotional period.

5. End of Promotional Term

At the conclusion of the 12-month Early Adopter Premium Licence:

• Your account will automatically revert to Evro’s then-current Free tier unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
• No payment details are required to redeem this Promotion.
• You will not be automatically charged at the end of the promotional term.

Upon downgrade, certain Premium features may become unavailable. Data retention, access rights, and export functionality will be governed by Evro’s standard Terms of Service in effect at that time.

6. Cancellation During Promotional Term

If you cancel your account during the 12-month promotional term:

• You will retain access to the Early Adopter Premium Licence until the end of the 12-month period,
  unless your account is terminated for breach of Evro’s Terms of Service.
• The promotional licence cannot be paused, restarted, extended, or reactivated once cancelled.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

Evro reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or void the Early Adopter Premium Licence at any time if we reasonably suspect:

• Fraudulent activity;
• Abuse or manipulation of the Promotion;
• Automated or bulk account creation;
• Circumvention of eligibility limits;
• Breach of our Terms of Service; or
• Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Promotion.

Evro’s decisions regarding eligibility and enforcement are final.

8. Global Availability

The Promotion is available globally except where prohibited by applicable law.

Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.

9. Modification or Termination of Promotion

Evro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time prior to 30 June 2026.

Any Early Adopter Premium Licences validly activated before termination will continue for their remaining
12-month term in accordance with these Promotion Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evro is not liable for:

• Technical errors or system interruptions;
• Delays in activation;
• Loss of promotional eligibility due to account or login errors;
• Changes to features or service structure during the promotional term.

Nothing in these Promotion Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
