How is this different from Otter, Fireflies, or Fathom?
Those tools capture your meetings. Evro coaches you on them. Every other AI notetaker stops at the transcript and action items. Evro has these features as well but also analyses how you came across, what the room dynamics were, and how to communicate better in every meeting. Plus Evro is grounded in evidence-based communication frameworks.
Do you share my data with anyone or third parties? Is my data secure?
Never. Everything Evro generates including your coaching reports, communication profiles, and meeting history, is visible
only to you. Not your manager, employer or team. No bot joins your meeting. We never train AI models on your meeting data.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Delete everything instantly, whenever you want.
Who is Evro built for?
Professionals in meeting-heavy roles who want to communicate with more clarity and confidence. At this stage, Evro is best for online meetings rather than in-person meetings, although we will be adding features for in-person meetings in the future.
Can I try Evro for free?
Yes. The free plan gives you access to all of the core features with no credit card required.
Does a bot join my meeting?
No. Evro works alongside your meeting app, not inside it. No participant appears in your meeting gallery. You choose whether
anyone knows you're using it.
What languages does Evro support?
Evro only supports English at this time. Our goal is to add multilingual support in future.
Can I connect Evro to other tools?
Not yet. We have tool connections on our roadmap though so watch this space.
What devices does Evro support?
Evro works on Windows, Mac and Linux. Evro works best on desktops and we have a mobile version coming up on our product roadmap this year. Evro works best with Chrome browser but can work with other browsers as well.
